Every since i've started using the classic, my blackberry link hasn't been able to recognize when my phone is connected to the computer the mass storage system works just files, i can access my the files on my sd card, but i can't back my phone up, which is a huge problem. Blackberry link can't find device. Blackberry link communicates to the device over http/https traffic if the computer is unable to ping the device or access the discoverycgi page then a firewall or anti-virus software may be blocking connectivity to the device.

Personally i have an issue with my blackberry link since today, it found my phone with wifi or usb but can't find my phone for the remote access , when i click on "refresh devices" it look and never end (of course it doesn't find any devices for that. Hi, i tried what you suggested but in network adapters area there are just 2 lines, one for blackberry device and the other for blackberry virtual private network. both have no exclamation mark and seems to be working fine. i can´t get to connect my z10 to bb link..
